Travel the iconic Western Australian coast and gorge country from the top end down – starting in Broome and finishing in Perth. Departs 25th August 2026 (this tour also runs Perth to Broome in April).

We'll take you to the best locations in Western Australia between Broome and Perth. You will love the Gorges of Karijini, Strolling along 80 Mile Beach, Snorkelling at Coral Bay, Feeding the Dolphins at Monkey Mia, Exploring the beaches of Cape Range National Park, Walking the Gorges at Kalbarri, Discovering the Pinnacles, campfires, stars, outback station experiences and more.

Our 14 Day Broome to Perth is comfortable camping in locations such as National Parks and Outback Stations. We include two nights accommodated (typically Kalbarri and Geraldton).

14 Day Broome to Perth Tour Itinerary

Experience the best of Western Australia’s Coast line, The Ningaloo Reef and Karijini National Park with relaxation opportunities at fantastic locations built into the itinerary.

Day 1 – Broome to Eighty Mile Beach

Collect from your Broome accommodation
Barn Hill Station – coastal walk along the red cliffs
Eighty Mile Beach – 220 km of turquoise coastline
Afternoon beachcombing, birdwatching and sunset over the Indian Ocean
Overnight camp at Eighty Mile Beach

Day 2 – Eighty Mile Beach to Port Hedland

Travel down the coast to Port Hedland
See some of the world's longest trains
Coastal lookouts over the region's huge iron-ore port operations
A stroll or swim at a local beach

Days 3 & 4 – Karijini National Park

Head inland via Auski Village to Karijini, WA's second-largest national park
Dales Gorge – Fortescue Falls, Fern Pool and Circular Pool
Weano Gorge (Handrail Pool) and Hancock Gorge
Knox and Joffre Gorges and the unforgettable Oxer (Four Gorge) Lookout

Day 5 – Karijini to Cheela Station

Hamersley Gorge – full of colour and a great spot for a swim
Stock up in the mining town of Tom Price
Leave the gorge country and commence our journey back towards the coast
Camp-oven dinner around the fire at Cheela Station

Days 6 & 7 – Cheela Station to Exmouth

Drive through remote Pilbara country to the coast at Exmouth
Cape Range National Park & Yardie Creek Gorge walk
Snorkel or swim at Turquoise Bay on Ningaloo Reef
Ningaloo Lighthouse lookout; keep an eye out for turtles
Free Exmouth sunset whale-watching cruise (Aug/Sept)

Days 8 & 9 – Exmouth to Coral Bay

Make our way south to beautiful Coral Bay
Free glass-bottom boat / snorkelling tour on Ningaloo Reef
Snorkel the reef straight off the beach

Days 10 & 11 – Coral Bay to Shark Bay (Denham)
